protected as intellectual property and by patent rights or are authorized by their holder of benefit on VeoSearch. VeoSearch and its partner charities stay respectively owners and exclusively
licensed to the rights of their pictures, videos, texts, logos, software, brands and all protected elements or protectable respective. For your personal use of VeoSearch according to the
GUC’s, VeoSearch gives you free, personal, non-exclusive, not transferrable rights to access and use of the intellectual property.
3.6 Suspension and cancellation
In the situation when your usage of VeoSearch does not abide the GUC’s, the values or the charity values, your access to VeoSearch will be suspended without notice, temporarily or definitely,
depending on the seriousness of your action. Your account will therefore get inactivated. You will be informed about this inactivation by email to the address figuring in your account.
In the case of a definitive suspension or if the violation of the GUC’s do not cease within fifteen (15) days after the email notification with a confirmation of reception to the email
address seen under “Your Account” or in the case of the lack of sensitive repair, VeoSearch can with full rights terminate the GUC’s and deactivate your account. A notification of
this deactivation will be emailed to you to the address seen under “Your Account”.
