DEC: Aid delivered in Pakistan as DEC Appeals broadcast in UK

The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) announced today details of the radio and television broadcasts to run on Thursday appealing for donations to help those affected by the worst floods to hit Pakistan in 80 years.
