Biological agriculture excludes synthetic pesticide and fertilizer use and takes advantage of the ground's nutritional qualities by favouring the agrosystem and by respecting the biological cycles. Crop rotation, composting and organic fertilizer are thus the basis of this new agriculture which respects the Earth.

The consumption of biological products is the only possible alternative against the dangerous health consequences of products filled with pesticide and other chemical additives. To defend and guarantee consumer's right to healthy food, a certification of products issued from biological agriculture (label AB, Demeter...) assures consumers of the quality of the products based on the respect of a clean production process.
